Call Prudential Premier Realty, LLC to invite an agent to come into your home. Give as much detail on the telephone about your home in order for the agent to gather market information that will be applicable to the property. Discuss your real estate needs with the agent. Escort the agent through the entire property.
ROLE OF THE PRUDENTIAL PREMIER REALTOR
Review real estate needs of seller. Present the information to the Seller that has been gathered. Discuss what is pertinent to the subject property. Establish the price with the Seller, using current market information. Present the documentation needed for listing the subject property with Prudential Premier Realty, LLC. Consult with the Seller about marketing the property. After the property has been listed give the Seller feedback pertaining to showings. Present all offers to the Seller. Negotiate the offers. Upon acceptance, the Seller signs all necessary documents.
AFTER ACCEPTANCE OF SALES CONTRACT
HOME INSPECTION PROCESS Home Inspection appointment is set. Home inspection takes place. The results of inspection are reviewed by the attorneys. The attorneys work toward an agreement on inspection results.
THE APPRAISAL PROCESS Lender sets up an appointment. Appraiser visits property.
The "Wait"
The Closing. The seller's attorney prepares all documentation needed for seller's signature (seller may or may not attend closing). The transaction is therefore completed.
